Shipping is free on US orders over $75. Under that, live rates from USPS, UPS and FedEx are calculated at checkout based on weight and where it's going — you'll see the exact cost before you pay.

Orders go out on business days. You'll get an email with tracking the moment your label is created, so you can follow it the rest of the way.

They come from two different places. Jerky ships from one facility, and some merch ships from another.

Not right now — we ship within the United States only. If you're somewhere else and want us there, email us and say where; it helps us work out where to go next.

Tell us and we'll fix it. If a bag showed up damaged, or you got the wrong thing, email support@goodebites.com with your order number and a photo, and we'll make it right.
