Why we started
Goode Bites.
We started Goode Bites with a simple mission: to sell the best beef jerky on the market — driven by a passion for brisket, bold flavors, and quality snacking. Every piece of Goode Bites jerky captures that dedication, crafted in small batches for the perfect balance of seasoning and tenderness.
We grew up around both brisket and beef jerky. Family barbecues, smoke pits, long days where the brisket was the centerpiece. So when we walked the jerky aisle as adults, we couldn't believe what was on the shelf: dry, chewy slabs of mystery meat dressed up as something premium.
We knew jerky could be better. We knew brisket could be convenient. So in 2025, we started selling the jerky we wished we could buy — hand-cut from premium brisket, great flavor, and made in small batches. No corn syrup, no MSG, no added nitrates. Just real meat and real flavor.
